We combine two Seattle favorites, Coffee and Chocolate to create this rich luxurious treat. Dark chocolate centers with local Pioneer Coffee, house made caramel and a hint of Hennessey. Hand dipped in another layer of dark chocolate.
This truffle starts with Amarena Cherries, imported from Bologna and known for their sweet tart character. These cherries are then coated in a dark chocolate ganache and hand dipped in a Belgian Bittersweet Dark Chocolate.
Royal Velvet Lavender
We use certified organic culinary lavender sourced from Jardin du Soleil farms in Sequim and infuse it with white chocolate for the ganache which is hand dipped in Belgian dark chocolate and topped with dried lavender petals
This truffle is for true chocolate lovers. We start with a Belgian bittersweet and mix in a dash of Hennessey cognac. These are then hand dipped in a deep luxurious dark bittersweet.
We start with a rich Belgian White chocolate, which is mixed with a fresh orange zest reduction to create our velvety smooth citrus ganache. We then dip each center in a Madagascar bittersweet dark couverture.
This is a spicy one, but smooth on the palette. Milk chocolate infused with chipotle and ancho chiles that are hand dipped in a Belgian white chocolate. spicy, sweet and smooth.
Fresh grated ginger is infused into our white chocolate ganache to make this one unique truffle with a little kick and alot of flavor. These truffles are then dipped into dark chocolate and topped with a sliver of candied ginger.
This truffle is sweet, smooth, salty bliss. We start with milk chocolate and blend it with buttery smooth caramel. This ganache is then hand dipped in Bittersweet Dark Chocolate. We use exclusively San Juan Island Sea Salt for that unique Pacific NW touch.
Hazelnut Praline Crunch
This truffle brings together the smooth sweet character of caramel and milk chocolate centers dipped in dark chocolate, topped with the crunch of praline hazelnuts.
